Fairfield Bylaw Update Community Forum

The Town of Fairfield invites you to a community forum on the Fairfield Zoning Regulations. The Planning Commission has been working on an update of its zoning bylaws with the goal of ensuring alignment of the Town Plan and Land Use Regulations. The primary focus is on prioritizing protection and ongoing use of agricultural lands through regulation of subdivisions and density. The community forum will include a summary of the work completed so far and provide opportunities for your input and feedback.
