HOME Act/Act 47 (S. 100, 2023) – The HOME Act was enacted on June 5, 2023, with most sections that preempt local zoning taking effect July 1, 2023. DHCD has prepared a preliminary summary of the Act and will be updating FAQs on their website. If you have questions on how the Act applies to your town, please contact Greta Brunswick.
